How do I care for my Clutterbag?

Spot Clean:  For light soiling, spot clean with a mild detergent.

Hand Wash:  For heavy soiling or a thorough cleaning, Clutterbag's made from finer cottons can be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent.  Do not wring or twist your Clutterbag.  Air or line dry...never put your Clutterbag in the dryer.  To remove any minor wrinkles, gently iron with a steam iron on a medium setting.

Dry Clean: For heavy soiling or a thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended for Clutterbag's made from designer fabrics.

Use of a protective fabric spray may also help to protect your Clutterbag from heavy soiling.

Do you sell your bags wholesale?

Not at this time.  I hope to be able to consider taking wholesale orders at some time in the future.

Do you sell personal information to a 3rd party?

Absolutely not!  Your privacy is very important to me.  Your personal information will never be sold or shared with any 3rd party.  Any information you give while placing your order is used only to process and ship your order.

Where do you get the designs for your bags?

All of the bags displayed in my auctions and on my website are my original designs.  I am devoted to providing a product of superior quality and exceptional workmanship for my customers.  I have spent many long hours developing my designs with an emphasis on finding just the right combination of interfacings, fleece, and stabilizers to give my bags a quality, originality, and uniqueness that can't be duplicated.  

I am continually perfecting and enhancing my Clutterbag designs so that I can offer the best bag possible to my customers.   My customers have been instrumental in providing me with ideas and suggestions that have aided me in this process. 

How can I be sure I’ve purchased a genuine Clutterbag?

Each Clutterbag comes with a black label on the interior pocket with my trademark name in white.
