What is our return policy?

Here at Clutterbags…we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It is our policy that any standard, “as is” pre-made Clutterbag…purchased from our website…can be returned for a refund or exchange (minus original and return shipping charges) within 7 days of  receiving  your bag,  provided the bag is in it’s original plastic wrapper, in perfect condition, and has not been packed with personal items, or used in any way.

All custom made Clutterbag sales are final and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. This includes any changes to fabric combinations, addition of custom features, or alterations to the standard size and pocket configuration. 

Workmanship Guarantee:  We take great care in the construction of each Clutterbag.  It is rare that a Clutterbag will arrive with a flaw or a defect.  However, should a defect or flaw be detected with your Clutterbag, please notify us within 14 days of purchase, and we will gladly work with you to replace or repair your bag.  

Please note…There will be a $10.00 restock fee on a refunded Clutterbag.
